The Girl…

I’m the fast talking, faster typing, brains behind this entire blog…and every minute detail of this trip!  (Except visas.   I despise visa applications.   He was 100% in charge of those and every stupid rule and paper in triplicate and lost UPS package containing our passports 2 weeks before we departed….)  I could live happily with a new adventure every day and a cold glass of Italian wine….so our airbnb in Venice was selected based on reviews of the €5 wine fridge in the space!  I’m also a complete klutz so we have packed a year’s supply of Barbie bandaids and the super evac level travel insurance just in case…

The Boy…

He’s the reason this whole crazy adventure is happening….once he decides he wants to see or do something, he is persistent until I plan it for him!   And I couldn’t be more thankful for this as we have had some incredible adventures together.   He’s in charge of keeping us legal and under weight, even if that means I have packed a test bag a week since May!  He plans our adventures around new animals to visit and may have an ill-advised life goal to hug a kangaroo, results TBD…
